Payments and conditions:

Our payment policy

RIDEZ reserves the right to receive payment of lesson  at least 48 hours ,prior to lesson Day , to make the booking valid. If Appointment is cancelled by RIDEZ, already received payments for lesson will be credited towards a make up lesson, which needs to be scheduled in the span of a fortnight. If the make up lesson is not scheduled by client, or has been cancelled by the client, the credit of the lesson is forfeited.

If appointment cancelled by Client, less than 24 hours prior to lesson time, RIDEZ reserves the right to keep payment of lesson ,or to receive payment for cancelled lesson at next appointment, if lesson hadn't been payed prior. 

Lesson payments, camp payments, block payments are non-refundable.

Missed lessons/camps can be credited (if cancelled in time frame of cancellation policy) to a make up lesson/ camp.

Payments are only accepted Via bank transfer , or cash on the Day if lesson was booked less than 24 hour prior. 

If you pay via Transfer, please ensure that your payment has gone through at least 48 hours prior to commencement day. keep in mind weekend and public holidays. We will need to have proof of Transfer when starting the Lesson.

Camps

For camps the payments have to come through at least 1 week prior to Camp start, to make the booked spot valid. If the booked spot is not payed at least 1 week prior to Camp start, the booked spot can be filled by someone else.

Camp payments are non-refundable.

Birthday parties:

A 50% deposit is required at booking and the other 50% can be paid 1 week prior to booked date. If deposit payment has not been come through at least 48 hours after booking, the booking wont be valid anymore. If the second payment does not come through at least 72 hours prior to booked date, the booking wont be valid anymore.

Birthday party payments are all non refundable. The Depost payments are non- refundable.
